Courses starting Thursday 13th June
Beginners pole fitness : 7:30 pm.
Improvers pole fitness : 8:30 pm.
To register just arrive 30 minutes early . Simple !

Do any course in June/July and receive a €10 discount card for any course in our August term !
You should wear shorts/three quarter lengths ( or something of this nature ) and a T-shirt with runners or similar. Bring a bottle of water.
